OBJECTIVES:
To be able to ensure that all policies and procedures being implemented at store level pertaining to Inventory Control Measures are being observed at all times by SM and subordinates.
To prevent and sustain stores from incurring inventory variation shortage beyond set target.
To be able to meet the set inventory target for all stores under Luzon 5.
